This property really is something unique and special! Firstly the location, it is quite unusual to find rural tourism within walking distance to town in such a secluded and private location - you really are in a little piece of heaven. The main house is quite separate from the rural tourism part of the business (one can not be seen from the other) giving both the rural tourism property and the main house a feeling of privacy.
Main House:
The main house is built to a high specification with central heating, double glazing and tinted glass. Entering into the property, it has a great sense of space with an open plan design. The recently upgraded kitchen sits in the center of the two lounges and dining area. The lounge to the right was originally designed to be a dining room, the owners currently enjoy the space as a chill-out relaxation area. There is also a cloakroom and utility room on this level. Terraces to the front and the rear of the property allow the owners to enjoy both the morning and evening sun.
The three spacious bedrooms are located on the ground floor of the property. The master bedroom is particularly impressive with a extremely spacious en-suite bathroom. There is lots of storage around the main house with a laundry room, storage room and workshop.
A car porch is also located to the side of the property.
Rural Tourism
This area really has to be visited to appreciated the peace, tranquility and positive energy. There are 3 cabañas for guests, two of the cabañas have en-suite bathrooms that have been beautifully hand painted. There is also a separate shower room provided for guests that are staying in third cabana, the ´Bell Tent´.
The main casita sits close to the pool area and has the added benefits of lovely dining area and outdoor kitchen, this is also the guests dining area for the yoga retreats. This retreat has numerous relaxation areas with shady nooks. The river runs below the property, a lovely spot to sit relax and meditate. The casita has a master bedroom, indoor kitchen and a nursery. To the side of the casita is the shower room for guests.
