Villa "Casa Nina" is a characteristic Andalucian style modernised house, beautifully set in a tranquil location of Atalaya Alta, on the border between Estepona and Marbella - west of the enchanting Marbella city centre (10 min drive), and just a 5 minute drive from the glamorous Puerto Banus.

There are 2 x double bedrooms on the ground floor, a bathroom, kitchen, a separate dining room and a lounge / receptions room. Through the lounge you gain access onto a large size covered terrace leading directly onto the garden and the large heated pool.

On the first floor via the original style Andalucian staircase there are another three double bedrooms with two bathrooms, master one on-suite and a large size private terrace.   One of the bedrooms has its own, large-size covered, private terrace - offering wonderful views of the huge size landscaped garden, swimming pool, overseeing the surrounding area and affording a sea view.  All bedrooms are air-conditioned with high quality Kommerling double glazing doors and windows - with integral external, electric blinds (shutters).

The large, lush, landscaped and quiet garden (size over 1,000 sq.m.) has a specially fitted BBQ, table tennis, basket-ball throw fixture, well maintained palm trees, where beautiful and enjoyable holidays, romantic evenings, or entertaining parties can be enjoyed.  A great feature is the private, large size (12m x 6m) heated outdoor pool (with an electric cover for cooler nights) - with glamorous LED night lights and a large water cascade.  Next to the pool entrance is the solar heated shower, providing convenience and comfort.  The villa has a separate garage and additional off-street parking space for at least 2 more cars.  Sophisticated video alarm system makes this private detached house extremely safe and sound.

This beautiful area benefits from 12 golf courses and is nestled between the small, mountain village of Benahavis, the wonderful town of San Pedro de Alcantara and the large, charming town of Estepona. Benahavis is only 7km inland and although small, this lovely village has traditionally Spanish, white-washed buildings, narrow cobbled streets that are lined with orange trees, also renowned for its Michelin stars restaurants. It is affectionately known as “the dining room of the Costa del Sol” and offers many quaint, boutique shops and cafes, market stalls and a wonderful town square where you can relax and enjoy the delicious local tapas. From this lovely picturesque town you can take in the incredible mountain and sea views.

To the East, this prestigious area is only a few kilometres from the traditional town of San Pedro and the famous marina of Puerto Banus. San Pedro offers a beautiful beach promenade and long, sandy beaches. It is also blessed with outstanding restaurants, as well as excellent sports facilities including tennis courts, golf courses and gyms. If designer shopping and celebrity watching is what you enjoy, then visit Puerto Banus and shop till you drop (try Corte Ingles), or seat yourself at one of the front-line harbour restaurants and cafes and watch the world pass by. Only 10 minutes away is Marbella – the heart of the Costa del Sol. Wander around the Old Town and enjoy lunch at Orange Square, stroll down the promenade with its wonderful views and fantastic restaurants, or visit “La Canada” shopping center – with lots of boutiques, great supermarket “Al Campo” and a Cinema. To the West, is Estepona, the Coast’s most Westerly resort. It is a sizable yet charming town that has largely avoided overbuilding, and has lovely rural and unspoilt stretches of beach, with two being awarded the EC Blue Flags. Estepona is in a fertile valley crossed by small streams and a mountainous area dominated by the Sierra Bermeja, which reaches an elevation of 1,449 meters at the peak of Los Reales. Here you will find a wide selection of good traditional bars, restaurants and shops lining the town’s quaint cobbled streets and picturesque squares, as well as the smart seafront promenade featuring a children’s play area. There is also a bustling sports marina with bars, cafés and restaurants, and a regular street market. For kids – young and old, there is the fabulous “Selwo Aventura” (Safari Park) a few km away. Water Parks can be found in Torremolinos, Mijas and Algeciras. Benalmadena lies host to “Tivoli World” (a fabulous fun park), “Selwo Marina” (Dolphin Park) and “Teleferico” (Cable Cars to Mountain top). Fuengirola has a fantastic Biopark-Zoo. Gibraltar is approx. 1-hour drive and is famous for its tax free shopping and wild monkeys! Bullfights are also still popular on the Costa del Sol and are advertised along the main roads with street posters. Puerto Banus bullring also brings many Concert performances during the summer months by popular artists. For some Winter Sun, a trip to the Sierra Nevada Ski-resort also provides great entertainment and fun! Highly recommended is a day-visit to Ronda, Seville, Granada or Cordoba, if you feel like sightseeing!
