This amazing top floor apartment is located in a frontline beach complex in East Marbella just by Cabopino marina and beach. We really like this property it has been completely rebuilt to a very high standard with top materials used throughout the process. The sea views and coastal view are also stunning and must be seen to be appreciated the is a strong contrast between the green of protected mediterranean pines and the mediterranean sea and from the terrace one can see all the way along the coast to Gibraltar and on a clear day we have also seen the mountains of Morroco. The property has an high end open plan kitchen with Miele appliances including a wine cooler, new much larger windows in the living room and main bedroom and we were especially impressed with the high quality bifold windows in the living room. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms plus an extra room currently being used as a washing and ironing room. The complex also enjoys a much larger than average pool within the communal gardens. All this and still being only a short walk to many top restaurants and the beach.
